I am astounded that OEL has enormous acreage in Africa and is currently producing and funding its program and the SP is a very conservative 10.5 cents. I am in no rush at all but it is strange that the market has not responded more positively to such a proven performer with huge potential in the near term. Oh well, I guess I will just have to quietly accumulate at these prices. GLTA. Comments welcome.
