I notice this morning DEG ( DeGrey Mining) above Purdys and to the East, under
Port Hedland has found and released photos of melonseed nuggets that look very
similar to the ones being found in abundance at Purdys Reward. “Melonseedology.”

Remaining drill assays from our Cobalt drilling programme are expected from ARV.

Its exciting to contemplate future announcements from ARV and Novo, both
exploring in rich gold deposits all over the Pilbara. The so called Eastern rim of
the Pilbara Craton surfacing at Marble Bar / Nullagine near Novo’s Beaton
Creek 350 klm away has the potential to affect our SP.
As Novo begins developing its advanced rich gold Beatons Creek and Blue spec,
their shares are likely to advance and because we have a currently $20 million dollar
share linkage to Novo, our shares should benefit. Each time they have a price rise
it could well affect our price. We wont have long to wait as Novo are expecting
drill results shortly from Beatons Creek.

An update of the nugget count from the 2 diggers at Purdys should be quite an
announcement as they were still collecting nuggets on surface two weeks ago, that
was 547.4 grams in 4 days = 136 g/p/day or 4.2 ounces Gold p/day.
Using 2 small diggers, ARV found regularly shaped nuggets over a strike length of 900
metres and are looking to extend that further.

Hopefully ARV have taken their own bulk sample from their digger activities at
Purdys and Mt OscarWit so maybe results there soon. Now if they haven’t taken
recent samples while the diggers are down there they have missed a golden
opportunity to offer early proof of the fine gold aspect and to compare it to the
2m X 2m recent bulk sample. I read on the CEO.CA site that apparently Newmont
were on site at Purdys a week ago and took their own bulk sample for testing.....
don't expect results of that to be published.

An announcement of the finalising of intended drill programmes wont be far off.
I think Novo intend drilling and trenching on firstly Purdys as it is already fully
permitted for mining, then maybe Comet Wells will be licenced soon.

I reckon within a few months, Novo will be drilling multiple areas and ARV will be
able to progress multiple leases on non-conglomerate areas for different minerals.

We expect news from Nikol River wash plant gold as the commissioning process
reaches best feed rate.
