I have done about all I can searching WAMEX for the "mystery" CRA hole. Using a filter for depth over 1500m, only two CRA holes came up in open files. Both are too far away but give an idea of how CRA looked at the stratigraphy and economic potential of the broader Pilbara area.
Wamex file A15679 (Note both files too big to load here) drilled to 1901.6m and reached basement at 1851m.
Wamex A23242 with Silvergrass hole to a total depth of 2795.94m which reached the old basement at 2772m. No significant gold grades reported from scattered sampling.
Given QH stated "the" hole is a matter of public record then perhaps someone can come up with more pertinent information than the above. Tx in advance
