Perhaps speak with Isis sugar with a view to finding out what are their intentions regarding the rail corridor from Gayndah to Mungar. Maybe striking up a deal, split the cost and share the line. Seems better option than road haulage unless the Qld Government is prepared to spend up big on the highway and bring it up to a required standard.
