    I'd say that because the Northern Hemisphere rights are back with CNM and so too the development costs, that we need more funds to continue this.

    The amount of cash availble to CNM at the moment is quite low and the burn rate is set to increase again with the development costs. Why else would they be raising money now and not down the track when the SP should will be double?
