Thanks Tanka I read back over - one of the first 7 companies will be supplying at least 160 gigawatt hours of green power annually, and one of the second four was tendering to supply up to 40 gigawatt hours.
Which means CNM was up against Verve, Griffin and Landfill Gas and Power to supply the 40 gigawatt hours.
