In my opinion, Mo leaving will be a significant positive over the medium term.
Ive got nothing negative to say about him, but I don’t believe whilst his skill set in some areas was exceptional, this did not extend into the cut & thrust of selling and deal making at the corporate level.
This can now be addressed by the board and within 1-2 yrs I expect to see rapid progress towards commercial deals.
