I believe the fees due have been paid and as of 26th of December the Bio Chip Patent ( GRAPHENE COMPLEXES AND COMPOSITIONS THEREOF) will come into affect on this date. This locks in and gives legal protection to the technology behind the Bio Chip.
It's taken years to finally get to this point and puts another patent in the bag. As disclosed previously - all rights to the patent are 100% held by Archer Materials!
I'm guessing the company can't announce until the Patent is officially received by the companies patent lawyers or the Patent date which is 26th of December.
