Personally I think they have over-sold the Bio Clean Coal idea and the prospect of the conversion of CO2 into biomass using algae. This process won't be commercial for large scale cleanup of the off-gases from their CtL process anytime soon (read within a 5 years) in my opinion and may never be commercial simply because of the surface area required to convert the CO2 into biomass using sunlight. Lots of companies are looking at this. I also think this is a distraction for LNC although it makes good (but potentially) misleading PR.
