My only wish is that there was a small video screen on the display showing Esra's latest TVSN pitch or similar as Watsons are like supermarkets and he who screams loudest gets the sales......given we have people trapped at the tills we may as well have Esra sweet talking them. One video screen in each store would be very cost effective targeted marketing IMO.
