Your video screen suggestion was most interesting.The suitability of such an approach occurred to me in early December and I emailed POH Elixia division with the suggestion. It's a POS sales strategy that is increasingly commonly in Asia and Europe but in Myer here, SK-II was the only brand that I could see using a similar strategy. I just thought that moving image would be a useful way to draw the eyes' attention in a highly visually cluttered ( but stagnant) space. It could also be a useful way to explain your product given the likely absence of (knowledgeable) staff to perform the necessary educative function.
In reply, I was told that the idea would be considered in planned sales strategy meetings.
I guess we will wait and see!
