Unfortunately, the entire Biosector is notorious for undervaluing SP, and the reason is that the risk associated is quite high until such time that there is proven good news.
I think with PYC, as long as you are in for the long term you d'ont need to worry about SP as it has a huge potential for making it big. (probably two years from now is max waiting time IMHO).
And you are right about the news not filtering in, but I may compare the business of Biosector cos to digging in hope of a treasure chest. (Until you find the treasure, you have nothing, but once you find it, you have everything). And so until for example, Roche makes a drug in collaboration with PYC, tests it in lab, then on animals, then tests on humans, and then gets it FDA approved, we would not have found the treasure.
What PYC is doing in the meantime is charging fees to keep itself afloat and profitable until the big news comes (which means there is less risk as compared to other Biosector cos).
SP of PYC I expect would move significantly move only on concrete good news. Big pharmas would not break this kind of news until they were dead sure about any breakthrough, and PYC cannot release any news intil the big pharmas do.
A classic example of this - BBB news came on newswires, but yet if you see Roche's website, there is no official announcement as yet. Until they do so, PYC cannot.
So we just have to be patient and wait.
