I think many of us would have mixed feelings but be grateful to see funding issues sorted.
Here's a question for the more knowledgeable.
If a deal is done that is subject to a condition being met down the track, is that legally a deal now or when the condition is met?
My logic tells me it is a deal now because neither party can withdraw unless a condition is not met.
I think I answered my own question.
What do others think?
