    Hi Vinn,

Thanks again for your endless efforts in keeping all up to date

Theres been a lot of anaylst talk lately around the manufacturing and SEC (in their most recent report) game us an insight on how the deal will work with TEVA/CEHP for the partnered applications.
Based on an average transfer (selling) price of 35% - to be offset by a 15% estimated manufacturing cost. This will be similar to receiving a royalty of 20% ( net margin).
The beauty of controlling manufacturing is that given the right infrastructure you are able to further reduce the 15% manufacturing cost.

Back on 30th May 2011 the Australian publised the article
"Offshore lure for stem cell firm Mesoblast"

In that article CEO Itescu said "the company had been offered significant incentives by the Singapore and Malaysian governments to establish manufacturing facilities in those countries".

So as commented in todays Bioshares report , hopefully we get an update soon regarding manufacturing developements

    Cheers.
