    missing the point.
    bta could have extracted something as go away money this time 2 years ago when the patent issue was hot. instead they decided to sit and wait for biocryst to come to them. and so they got nothing.
    they can't make deals on good drugs and they can't make deals on bad drugs. they can't make deals.
