I dont like wishing distress on other companies and their investors, but a weak Biocryst means they are more likely to capitulate to Biota on the patent.

Lets make a deal... a 50% interest in Biocrysts hep c program seems the go to me... avoids a long and protracted legal war, which is no good to anyone cept the lawyers....
