Interesting find indeed. Wonder how/if this was communicated to the instos that just invested 9m.

I agree it looks like a proposed policy paper rather than actual regulation or law. But still its a fascinating insight into the mind of the Indian Govt - guaranteed minimum prices/govt financing/import export controls/national councils.... I cant see how India can ever expect to become an economic super power with this sort of nonsense.

Will stay on the sidelines for now - just when the SP was getting back to where it was pre Valero levels and I was about to make an entry.
