    Buffy , we should also remind ourselves that the 2~5% mandatory quota of biofuels is in place in the EU as well. This means , even if the price of oil falls , Biofuels will still command a premium as refineries are 'forced' to buy it by enviornenmental legislation.... hot , hot , hot!
