ECT fail on a couple of fronts. Technology must be renewable.
They also are not currently manufacturing or the manufacturing supply chain. They still stuck in the R&D design phase.
Same reasons they didnt get previous grants that were much hyped on here and caused that last big P&D.
Govt has shown no interest at throwing money at brown coal initiatives.
