You just made that up didn't you? Show me where on the TGA regulations it states that 'Practitioner dispensed only' products aren't allowed to make the lowest of low level health claims? You won’t find it because it doesn’t exist.
And why if it is 'Practitioner dispensed only' can you buy it from a health food shop over the counter or by mail order?
And worst of all, if only 'Practitioners' are privy to the evidence for its health benefits, then SLA is in major breach of its continuous disclosure obligations.
