    Does anyone know when the licence expires if a plant is not built?

    Also heard that the person ( Russel T) who was supposed to manage the project has left Jupiter. Sounds contrary to rumour that JPR is actually going ahead and building the plant.Who does one believe?

    Can anyone confirm the above?
