Just been reading Natural Fuels Australia's prospective on the CommSec site ... gives quite a good guide on how to successfully set up a company processing Biofuels.
All you need to do is:
1. Get contracts for the feedstock
2. Get contracts to sell the Bio Diesel
3. Find the best location to build the plants
4. Buy a plant that works
probably too late for ARW though ...
