I'm tipping that after they had missed out on AVXS, they upped the ante to acquire neu.
With the pressure on to get something across the line - I'm tipping that we have a very healthy deal and that the $4m is a small sign that they are worried about missing out again. Seeing neu agreed to it, it must be a figure RT and the board are comfortable with.
