Does this capital raising indicate that Bioglobal wont be floating in the near future as they now have funds for working capital?

Are sales still possible at end of 2008 trials or does the product have to be registered first which isn't till sept 2009?

Cnn's investment has been furthur diluted which makes me ask why didn't they float to raise the capital?

Good to see them readying for manufacturing.
