Hi Sugarbowl
I hope so. I am pinning all my hopes on this one as I think the uranium agenda is away off yet. And I'll tell you why.
I am just about spent, as I understand you would be too. All the talking, all the waiting, all the waiting, all the talking.
IN early 2002 I bought into CNN on the back of a Termite product announcement for the environmental division which sounded great but has never been heard of since.
6-7 years later, trial after trial, Bioglobal still has no profit breaking breakthrough.
A big fat contract ($5-10m) would have a pronounced effect on the CNN price I think as a contract would most likely see a public listing. Now if CNN have around 20m shares at 27% of total Bioglobal shares that should equate to Bioglobal having about 70m on issue (correct me on that if you wish).
Now if the future looks really bright they may be able to list anywhere from 20-50c, and want to raise $5-10m , have to issue another 20-40m shares say. If they keep that on the low end and end up with under 100m total shares on issue that would be great.
Cnn's shares could be worth $4-10m on listing and who knows how much, as I say, if the future is bright.
If CNN is to really pursue its Uranium dream then this virtual potential cash backing is invaluable imo. No borrowings whatsoever.
My uneducated question is though, can CNN sell on market immediately from listing or are their shares held in some type of escrow. Can you tell me that?
Now, this may all seem a dream but what the f..k, a man has got to get some joy somehow.
Have we struck gold in China is the question. Keep an eye on the S/p I guess.
Cheers
