Hi Richney I'm no respiratory physician but the parent of a kid who has been through trials for 3 of those meds plus is on the priority list for dipulimab when it comes to Aus. As part of his ongoing care he has hospital-based lung function tests on a regular basis - I don't see wheezo replacing that process but the docs would be better placed to comment than me. My take is wheezo is more suited for people who have undiagnosed or poorly managed asthma rather than those with acute conditions - obviously still a huge and growing market.
Facebook groups like Eosinophilic Asthma patients taking Fasenra (aka benralizumab) are good resources if you're interested in reading about sufferers' experiences with the various biologicals - but it seems like each of them can be great for some patients but either have no effect or sometimes even strong negative reactions for others. I think there's a lot they're still learning about diagnosing the different categories of asthma.
