Richney, the 4 pharma companies you mentioned have monster annual revenues and R&D budgets, maybe they might find room for little Respiri?

I assume most asthma biologics can only be administered in a doctor's rooms (unlike Ventolin or Symbicort). Doctors would only be able to prescribe an expensive biologic, after ensuring the patient is taking the other controller medications as instructed.
ie only utilising biologics for patients where the standard controller medication isn't doing the job.

The only other solution to provide this evidence of medication adherence, and lack of symptom control would be the peak-flow meter (PFM). But it has been globally acknowledged that the PFM is a challenging home monitoring solution (especially for kids).......Time for Wheezo to step up!
