Agreed Winter - not as good on face (or should that be "eye") value.

The key bits I actually liked in that article though is the reiteration of the cost prohibitive nature of fingerprint scanners (being mostly tied to flagship mobiles) and their vulnerability to hacking

As we know....WBT tech should apparently slip seamlessly into any decent smartphone with acceptable (pretty much std) camera so costs would essentially be reduced making it much more attractive.

Key will be the independent results as seems to be the underlying factor.
