Yep, Global next, then more contracts with councils. Let's seal the first 4 first then branch out to the other 30 or so provinces in China. That should put Cardia on the map ;-)

(but hold fire on that; my experience in that field indicates lead times of many years, unless there are "straight forward" drop-in solutions)?
