Further to recent announcements, the company continues to be in a position to seek
potential investor parties in respect of its natural insecticide compound Qcide after
completing a major phase in the product’s research and development program with its
collaborators. These efforts may be combined with another main product of the
Company that being AP 778 and will be primarily aimed at seeking parties willing to
direct equity interest in the products by expending funds on the commercialisation of
the products.
