I've been conducting some research re the collaboration between Phylogica and IMB.
Some dot connecting....
Dot 1. I've been spending some time on the University of Quennsland website lately http://www.uq.edu.au/. If you click on the 'Faculties and Divisons' section on the website (bottom of home page), then click on the 'Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology' link, you will see another link to the home page on the left of the web page.
http://www.aibn.uq.edu.au/
Click on the 'Health' and 'Nanobiotechnology' images featured on that page.

http://www.aibn.uq.edu.au/research-projects#keyword=nanobiotechnology
I went through each project on those pages (very interesting on many fronts) until this page below popped out at me (which are featured on both web pages)...
http://www.aibn.uq.edu.au/synthetic-protease-receptors-for-point-of-care
Have a read of that page, then have a look at who the research group is.
Dot 2. Once I had a read of that page I then Googled 'Kallikrein' and 'Matrix Metalloproteinase'...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kallikrein
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matrix_metalloproteinase
Dot 3. Once you've had a read of those two pages, go back to Phylogica's 2013 Annual Report and read page 15...

Dot 4. Upon further Googling, I came across these documents. Take a look at third concept grant featured on the document below.

Dot 5. Once you have gone through all of the above, have a read of the page below, particularly the 'Next Steps' section.

Note, collaboration on the biosensor chip began with IMB on the 4th July 2013.
