On checking it appears that the member had been previously requested not to use attention grabbing characters when starting a new thread header. In this case it was the repeated use of the symbol ..... We continually receive TOU reports on this issue and as such, adopt the stance that simple text is sufficient in thread headings.
As stated, the member was previously advised of this position but chose to ignore the warning.
Hence the reason for a temporary suspension.
