A very positive report and it is useful to remember the results for the 11a trail as well (64 % of patient showed measurable improvement however very small n).
I see one note of caution in the report where Wilkinson states
"The unknown for him is whether the phase IIb trial has been structured appropriately show that benefit."
It worries me a little when researchers start raising design concerns before the results are out.
Does anybody know where a detailed outline of the 11b trail is posted including outcome measures. I can't seem to find it on IIL site aside from the double blind and 2:1 placebo split.
