The brachysil tech was transferred along related parties. IE. Enigma Therapeutics is a related party to pSivida and Oncosil. No real wealth has been created in between (the asset is the same before and after), other than people are now willing pay several million for a tech that the same directors passed off for a few $k... ie wealth from dummies --> to Roger and co. Forrest Capital = wealth from dummies --> to friends of forrest associates = Roger and co.

Found this in Oncosil (UK)'s financial accounts as at 31 Oct 2014.
