Brant - thanks for the info. I tried to follow the chain of the IP and got as far as pSivida, which are not doing anything with this and have not for many years. Most of the data I could find on BioSilicon dates back to 2004 - 2008.
If it not too much trouble and assuming you have anything, could you give us a brief history of how the IP ended up with OSL, and whether there are still heavy royalties and commissions to be made the the various players in the chain?
