Think of it in two parts: (A) The biosilicon tech; and (B) the brachysil tech that was created from the biosilicon tech.
(A) pSivida spend two years trying to flog this, one of the big pharmas (can't remember who now) had a strong look at it and decided it was worthless. The asset was eventually sold to a fund for nothing ($100k versus the millions pSivida (and Qinetiq previously) blew on it).
(B) was transferred from party to party and eventually backdoored into NDL, which renamed itself to oncosil. It's worth nothing. A Chinese pharmaceutical bought a license to sell it in China in exchange for royalty payments on sales back in 2005... total sales and income generated through this agreement in the last 10 years? ZERO. The treatment is a dud... still can't believe people here deny they've been conned.
