    Well I just confirmed that I'm not a scientist... My idea on the timeframes for the effectiveness of the compounds is off but anyways..

    Got a reply from Peter, he said Biosignal is familiar with Biosol and the patent, and that they don't see it as a significant commercial threat. So we can rest easy..!
