It also reads that there will be a lot of stale sellers and people who took the issue at 14 to exit at those levels so it will take huge volumes to ever get through 14.
Doubt it. That placement was 18 months ago now and for a high proportion of that time it's traded above and at times well above 14c. I don't think there is too much resistance at 14c myself.
