Any sign of aggressive buying will see the sellers retreat as they have done countless times before- expect resistance at 17cts initially. Why? Because it always has been so in the past!

I really don't see TA and charts (with all respect) as effective predictors of price mvts with POH.

We have had several very esteemed HC Chartists post fabulous charts over the last 3 years. Lots of Elliot Waves and Moving Averages and pretty blue/red lines converging to show us the path ahead. POH however in the end did its own thing rarely behaving as TA predicted.

Lets be realistic here....POH will move on Positive late stage trial results and then again on a Pharma deal ann followed by FDA tick. Perhaps with increased volumes TA may have more relevance then? Meanwhile Ill stick with the fundamentals- which look just fine.
