There seems to be a lack of clear communication between GSK and Biota on the China deal as Lismore is not clear with his response i.e. "OUR RIGHTS REQUIRE GSK TO PAY 7 PER CENT OF ALL SALES BY SIMCERE AND THIS SHOULD FALL INTO THE NORMAL QUARTERLY REPORTING OF RELENZA ROYALTIES.
