How much research is required to learn how to read plain ASX announcements? With the computerized world today, it is plain incompetent to ANNOUNCE “profit in excess of $18M” to “exceeding $17M” and ended up reporting an after-tax profit in excess of $20M.
The press did not twist Peter Cook’s announcements on the profit. BUT I do know of someone on HC who bejesus everything written about BTA to the hyperbole!
BTA is cash-rich and management poor. It has good products and promising research in the pipeline. The case against GSK looks very promising too. This company is ripe for take-over. I will dread it if these monkeys try to use our cash to buy other companies!!!
If they do nothing, BTA will advance on its own steam NOTWITHSTANDING incompetent monkeys at the top!
