His time in Biota is reflected in the history of LIES and NEGLIGENT announcements to the ASX. He LIED to shareholders he normalised relationship with GSK and raped 0.5 million free options for that LIE.

At the time of the merger, Peter Cook was the 4th largest single shareholder in Biota – none of his shares were bought with his money saved for a paltry few thousand shares which he bought at the time he feared Biota or Nabi shareholders may vote down the merger.

Peter Cook performance as CEO of Biota mirrored his performance as CEO of Orbital Engine Corporation (OEC). The OEC share price performance (after a consolidation of 10:1) shows Peter Cook’s ability to create shareholders wealth.

At the height of all the flu outbreaks (Birdflu SARS and Swineflu) Relenza had NEVER gain market share from Tamiflu. Despite Peter Cook’s FAILURES, he continues raping shareholders on the gravy train. Unless Peter Cook and other Biota's board members are sacked, there is no hope for Biota shareholders.
