    Giving him the benefit of the doubt he may just be trying to ward off day traders who have bounced the stock around like a yoyo in the past. Perhaps they are already in licensing arrangements for LANI and doesn't want to rock the boat. Who knows.

    Still, I would have phrased his recommendation differently.
