Let's agree both John and Peter should go.
I wonder when Hunter Hall (12%) will have enough shares to demand a position on the board? Bigshop.com had 12% and couldn't do it.
No-one on the board represents a large parcel of shares (time and self awarded options not withstanding) they're all "invested" in boosting management salaries and performance (LOL) bonuses.
