FDA did not knock relenza back for seasonal flu, only requires that Relenza be sold with the warning about using it on people with other serious breathing difficulties.
Frankly GSK have given up marketing Relenza as indicated by their marketing activities. This is really a shame.
DMA, hypothetically if Biota sold the patent to ROCHE, what do you think would have happened by now?
