    What have we done as BTA shareholders to deserve this treatment from Peter?

    Maybe he wants a low share price so his options are priced lower????

    Alternatively, maybe his existing options are actually put options rather than call options (I am kidding but it is one of the few reasonable explanations that I can come up with.
