The problem is that BTA management act as though the company is not worth even $2.00. If they believed it was worth anything close to that figure, or more, they would be buying shares for themselves and the would also commence a company buyback.
Maybe the management is right or maybe the company needs someone else who does understand its value and can deliver it.
