At least managemenet are consistently incompetent. The market has priced in incompetence. Undertaking a share offer when the SP close to a year low AND when they have cash in the bank is true to form.

Now just imagine if they show a glimpse of competency - the market won't understand - shorters will be shocked - their could be frantic buying of Biota shares ................. until Cook opens his mouth.
