Just received a phone call from Biota. Wanted to know how I was voting.

I suggested that I wouldn't be voting in favour of all the resolutions, and in particular the incentive plan. I must admit to feeling a bit miffed about the CEO receiving a similar number of shares that I have, given the fact that I spent an awful lot more to obtain them.

I also indicated that any further dilution would not be well received.

I just want the company run in economy mode, no further dilution and the LANI trials completed so I might see some return on my investment.

Maybe if others receive a phone call they might pass on their own message?
