I just think attributing the share price to manipulation is giving the BTA management way too much credit.
If they were performing, I dont think there is any doubt that the shear weight of buying would result in a much higher share price.
I dont think there is much debate. The share price is where it is due to managerial ineptitude. There may still be share price manipulation but, if the company was managed marginally better (say even at the standard a teenager would manage a newspaper run), the manipulation would be at much higher prices.
